Electronic communication
The Pension Appeal Board complies with the Act on Electronic Services and Communication in the Public Sector. Electronic communication means the possibility to deliver additional evidence to a pending case or to otherwise contact the Pension Appeal Board via e-mail and the secure e-mail service.
The e-mail address of the Pension Appeal Board is kirjaamo@telk.fi. Evidence sent to the e-mail address will be registered as having arrived and a receipt of delivery will be sent to the sender by e-mail. Evidence must not be sent to the personal e-mail addresses of the Board’s personnel.
For privacy reasons, all sensitive or otherwise confidential evidence should be sent to the Board by using the secure e-mail service. These include, but are not limited to, information on health and financial status, as well as evidence containing personal identification numbers.
Currently, it is not possible to use other forms of electronic communication when dealing with the Pension Appeal Board. The Board does not inform of its decisions electronically.
Secure e-mail service
Encrypted e-mails should be sent to the Board by using the secure e-mail service at https://sr.edelkey.net/encrypt. The secure e-mail service requires registration the first time you use the service. Accepted file formats for attachments
Any attachments sent to the Pension Appeal Board via e-mail must be in one of the following formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .html, .rtf, .txt or ASCII text file (ISO 8859-1 Latin 1 character set). The files must be less than 5MB in size.
